Testa was coming by, so we all went out to eat together.
Offal—lately it seems like everyone and their mother is all about offal, just like the Genghis Khan craze from a while back.
Well, this time it wasn’t a new place but more of an old-school joint.
The first floor has a counter, and the second floor has tatami seating (3 people or more).
When you walk in, the regulars on the first floor give you a hard stare ★ hmm
Anyway, setting that aside…
We started with bottled beer and something called Whiz, which is like Hoppy… ★
And then grilled items
Skirt steak ★ It’s been a while since I’ve had beef, and since it’s a premium item, I’m grateful to enjoy it ★
Every once in a while beef tastes great, but I prefer chicken or pork.
Some kind of sashimi.
These light, refreshing dishes are wonderful and delicious.
I ate so much that I’m still not hungry even now, morning and afternoon.
