Before, I smoked cheese in a cardboard box in front of the shop and it was so delicious~…
After that, I tried making it at home too, but dealing with cardboard boxes every time is a hassle.
1) There’s a risk of fire during smoking. (Strong winds or gusts are a problem)
2) Dripping cheese and such stick to the cardboard, leaving a smell in the box that can attract insects like cockroaches.
