There’s some variance in the valve clearance, but it’s within spec ★ I adjusted both intake and exhaust to the mark.
The cam chain has no slack and cranking is smooth!
Now for the carburetor synchronization—it’s way out of whack.
I could tell from the sound when it came in, but… it was that bad!
Got it perfectly dialed in and it’s running very smoothly now ★
The engine damper showed some wear, but for 40,000 kilometers that’s pretty good, right?
We put in Newtech NC41 engine oil and it’s perfect ♪
It’s really come back to life, hasn’t it?
