Yoshimura used to sell an oil-cooled cover back in the day. But it was made of aluminum and wasn’t that light
It just had the Yoshimura logo on it, which was pretty cool, but that was really all there was to it…
But now the one that’s been re-released? It’s magnesium! Light, light! Just like the factory version.
We countersink the bolt holes with a milling cutter! That way the cover and bolts end up flush
and it looks sharp. Since only the mounting section in the upper right doesn’t fit, we fill it with liquid gasket
and now all oil-cooled covers can be installed!
