It broke again, and happily the repair is complete.
I purchased an iPod (U2 model) and used it carefully every day.
There were frequent skips that shouldn’t happen with digital audio, and eventually it wouldn’t play at all.
I contacted support and they processed a replacement.
I never dropped it or gave it any impact, and this happened in just one month.
When the new one arrived, I stopped carrying it around and only used it indoors to be extra careful.
Just four months later! It broke again. Nothing would respond. I couldn’t even reset it.
It just died suddenly.
Another new one came, but… is it really going to be okay?
Hardware does fail physically, but I have to wonder if this is happening too fast.
