The other day, I purchased a gasket set as an OEM part for the GSF engine OH.
I went with the set because ordering dozens of individual items seemed like a hassle, and a few days later the set arrived.
It cost over 20,000 yen, which I thought was pretty pricey. The contents didn’t include oil seals or anything like that.
I ordered those separately. I had missed one item in my order, so I got pumped up thinking “Finally I can assemble it today~” and opened the box!
Three O-rings are supposed to go between the cases, but two of them are missing! I can’t find them anywhere!
In the end, I couldn’t assemble it… I’m seriously frustrated!
Well, since I’ve become a spare hand, I guess I’ll do something else.
So I’m replacing the GSF1200 swingarm. It’s a diamond coat from Nishimura Coating.
It’s finished beautifully. I’ll assemble it quick and it’ll be shiny~
My new tank is shiny too~
