Clear skies today—I’m thrilled about the sunshine ♪
So today was super easy—just light work. I went to the bank, dropped off some anodizing, fixed the scooter,
made invoices, and I was done.
I had a free First Kitchen coupon from MJ, so I rode my bike to Jiyugaoka ♪
The ride there was downhill, super easy ♪ Now let’s eat!
They asked how I wanted my fries seasoned, and when I looked at the options, it was all junk flavors…
Well, I played it safe… ate on the promenade and then went shopping at Body Shop.
I needed to buy moisturizer, but again I fell for the fragrance instead! Oops!
I got back around 3:30! Just as I was about to head out, the boss showed up—arriving right before I leave is so annoying.
What are you doing? I’m closing up! I’m closing up! I’m heading out—I’m closing up!
I ended up going along as the driver. First, we’re heading to Yutenjis to visit the grave! Let’s go!
Cleaned it up and done ♪ Then off to Hands!
Bought a minus screwdriver (for synchronization) (for jet replacement). They keep disappearing somewhere—
Well, can’t be helped.
Then brushes! The carbon cowl cracked and needs repair… cloth and solvent are pretty pricey.
Next, we went to Montbell to look for a digital camera case, but they didn’t have one. Still, the store has five floors,
so I found a few things ♪
Then I got new sneakers since the old ones were falling apart. Black is best so dirt doesn’t show, and these are nice and breathable too!
I was thinking of heading to Tower Records,
but wait—the Japanese music section on the second floor is closed… What’s that about??
So I went to HMV instead and got “OTTO” and “Tsubakiya Quartet,” and tried to pay with a music gift card,
but they said “We can’t accept that!” What?? What’s going on?
HMV won’t take it? I didn’t say anything to the part-timer about spouting nonsense, but I finished paying anyway.
Apparently they’re not affiliated with that card.
Next, I grabbed an early dinner at Hige-naga and headed back to the shop ♪
Last night, my home computer finally died…
Ugh—I bought it used and it lasted about seven years. Windows 98.
That clicking hard drive was definitely showing its limits…
So after thinking about it last night, I decided: move the shop computer home and buy a new one for the shop!
Nice ♪ But they’re cheap now—you can get one for about 60,000 yen!
Man, my spending is intense ♪
