What I really want to do is run a takoyaki stand! I want to do the cooking too, but I’ve always dreamed of operating a takoyaki shop—that’s me, Decoboco! ☆
So the other day I heard that I could make my dream come true at Donki, and I headed right over there! ☆
Wow! A takoyaki maker for 1,980 yen! ☆
And it’s huge too!
I ended up buying a bunch of unnecessary stuff that day!
After several failed attempts, I finally came up with version 3.
The ratio of flour, water, and egg is incredibly tricky, and the consistency depends on personal preference—it’s not easy at all!
Version 3 has no filling, by the way. ☆
It might look cheap, but it’s totally delicious! Yum yum! ♪
Now that I’m getting pretty good at cooking them, I’m thinking of picking up some store-bought ones next time and studying them.
