Cleaned the release arm, lubricated it, and reinstalled it ◎
Replaced the clutch cable ◎
Checked the release arm angle ◎
Checked the clutch spring…
Huh? Hmm…
Looking at the service manual—it should be 4 bolts…
But this one has 6 bolts… What is this? That can’t be right.
And on top of that, there’s an incredibly stiff spring in there—that’s the problem!
And it’s got crazy tension on it too!
So I got a normal spring and was going to remove the preload and use it, so I made a spacer with a
parting tool, but the tool’s teeth gave out today—see you later★
