You don’t see them much anymore. Points ignition with an outer shim.
With digital ignition, it’s no longer a carburetor but fuel injection, and its computing power has increased dramatically.
Inner shims have been around forever, but outer ones are pretty much extinct★
But they’re pretty nice because the serviceability is good.
It’s a D1, but it runs really well. The engine is quiet and the primary reduction hasn’t worn out, which is great.
When it’s running this smoothly, it’s really something special～
It gets cold as soon as the outside temperature drops a bit.
