Lately I’ve been thinking—it’s hard to take photos when people are around.
I don’t mind taking pictures, but don’t keep talking to me about it every single time!
Anyway.
So I don’t have many photos… The bike is clean, so there’s surprisingly little drama to capture.
Not that I’m saying dirty is better.
Please always wash the bike before bringing it in.
Remove the front and rear wheels, clean the calipers, then apply and work in metal rubber.
Chamfer the pads, check the pins, swap the fluid, inspect the diaphragm, and check the wheel bearing operation.
Check for play and so on…
I made a checklist and wrote down the work order, but that’s changed quite a bit too. To improve efficiency, I need to make a dedicated stand and
custom tools.
