I’d like to keep working on it, but for now I’m putting it on hold…
The secondary air cover has come up from the anodizing.
That’s two units’ worth for now.
I could send it out to a machine shop and they’d cut it with a more aggressive look, but…
Instead I’m grinding away with a general-purpose milling machine… setting up a fixture on the rotary table and taking tiny cuts.
That’s how it goes.
