Creaking noise and malfunction from the rear.
Time to disassemble and pull the parts.
Maybe this is the first time it’s been taken apart? The shafts won’t come out at all.
It’s all rusted up—pretty scary stuff.
We’ll reuse the bearings that are still good and order the parts that are in bad shape.
After cleaning, we’ll do a trial assembly and get it on the stand.
Parts are on order, so we’ll call it a day.
Tomorrow we’ve got other things scheduled. ☆
