From Gohongi in Meguro Ward, we head on foot to Sangenjaya Station ☆
We got off the Den-en Toshi Line at Sakura-shimmachi
And arrived ☆ “Hasegawa Machiko Museum”
I’ve known about it for a long time, but this was my first visit.
Inside the museum, photography is prohibited, so I couldn’t take pictures, but…
It was almost all paintings, so there wasn’t much to see.
However, I was deeply moved by the manga depicting Hasegawa Machiko’s upbringing in the harsh environment of the early postwar period.
The strength to survive, you know.
