because of the rain
My head and shirt are soaking wet.
This is the worst, but oh well.
The inside of the Sanitora is completely fogged up.
So I opened the window.
Rain gets in… That’s the kind of work we’re doing after getting back to the shop.
Well…
This aftermarket tapered roller bearing fits so perfectly that it’s flush, as you can see in the photo.
I lightly tacked the bolt with TIG and removed it.
It’s a tight, cramped space and the torch gets in the way—it’s a welding job I’m not great at.
I wet a rag and was careful around the wiring and frame, and managed to get it done.
Then I switched it back to the ball bearing, or rather returned it to the original.
I also lowered the seal on the under-bracket a bit and fitted it in place.
