The throttle is incredibly stiff, so
I’m going to disassemble and clean the throttle.
While I’m at it, I’ve weakened the return spring tension on the TM carburettor a bit to make it lighter.
I’m hoping it returns properly.
The overflow has stopped completely ★
But to use this carburettor properly, it would be better to replace a few more fine parts.
If possible, switching to a vacuum carburettor would make it easier to ride.
The hose is old too, so I’m replacing it and changing from a Y-joint to a T-joint.
While I’m at it, I’m changing the fluid.
The chain is completely slack and can’t be tightened anymore ★
Since it’s a clip chain, I cut two links and we’re good.
But since it’s a single-sided, non-sealed 630, it would be better to convert to a 530 or 520.
