Good evening! The weather is nice and warm today, isn’t it?
So… I stopped by the shop for a bit this morning, so it feels a little strange—

Pizza — today they got in some “whitebait,” so half of it uses that
The meat is wild boar, kept light and fresh
Reduced down to something rich and intense, then made into sorbet…
The coffee is excellent too ★
