tend to be less desirable properties,

The promising ones got snapped up by other people while I was still thinking it over ★

So I’ve been viewing all sorts of places and putting in preliminary applications for everything
↑Ota Ward’s semi-industrial zone… I’d really rather avoid that
↑Kamiumma in Setagaya Ward, near my place
Smack in the middle of a residential neighborhood! There’s a basement too, about 50 tsubo total, but there’s a reason it’s dirt cheap
I’ve also viewed various other places like Ikegami and Yōga,
but none of them really stand out & they’re not in Meguro Ward
I really can’t find a property in Meguro Ward….
