It’s 2011 now, and this year marks the third renewal year (three-year renewal cycle).
The shop has always been inconvenient to work with.
So, what should we do this year?
Every day I casually patrol property listings online. ★
When I ask various people about rent…
I thought ours was expensive, but it really is~~~
The location is Shibuya Ward, Meguro-ku.
Along Route 7 (the coveted inner loop). ★
Parking lot at the entrance (we could fit three vehicles if we squeezed).

I don’t like it! It has to be Meguro-ku. ★
The renewal fee really packs a punch too~
Either way it’s going to cost something, so ★ why not splurge and go “BAM!!” with it?
That’s how the idea of building the shop from scratch started! ★
After that, whenever I had time, I’d visit general stores, furniture shops, and other cool places.
I wandered around to see how much color and craftsmanship can create a great atmosphere. ★

For no particular reason, it’s clean and neat.
It’s such a nice finish that you wouldn’t think it was originally a factory.
I wish the floor were wood too, but it got too worn out, so that wasn’t possible.
