The RZV500 we finished maintenance on the other day.
On the way back, it turned into a gasoline gusher and came back to us!
It was supposed to have had a carburettor overhaul already,
but it looks like the tank has an issue.
Huh, rubber on this model year?
This O-ring is always supposed to be replaced, but there’s no part number for it?
Let’s hunt for it.
Float valve / receiver-side O-ring / fuel level adjustment / rust prevention
This should stop any leaks.
