So here’s Yamaai, in the middle of planning the “NEW FACTORY”
He asked me, as the money manager, to check out the “NEW FACTORY”
So I wrapped up work early and headed to the site
Well! It’s a factory, sure enough.
The blueprints and exterior don’t make much of a “first impact”
Three out of four are non-starters, one is a real dud
First the budget, then the floor space, then the building shape, then the dimensions
Is there a restroom? Do we have water and sewage?
Is power available? Are there any weirdos in the neighborhood?
Well, if I start listing everything, it comes down to “just buy it and build it!” so you have to compromise on some things.
I don’t think you can just jump in and win, so let’s think this through carefully.
Looks like I’m starting to get a little burned out myself, so I’ll do a quick check too.
