Of course we do take reservations,
but there are quite a few groups who can’t get in due to timing
Even though it’s far from the city center,
the food makes you want to come back again.
Since it became his own restaurant, he’s putting in considerably more effort than he did at Boccon,
and since you can’t try all the different dishes unless you come for dinner, next time I’ll go in the evening…
It’s a hassle, but his skill keeps drawing me back.
