The Obon holiday period is August 11 (Saturday) through August 19 (Sunday).
Parts won’t arrive until next week (August 10),
so during Obon we can only work with what’s in stock.
The inspection center operates normally, so inspections are no problem at all.
You can get your inspection completed even during the Obon break,
