Even though I got the NEX-7…
I just had to double-check the XE-1 & X-PRO1
Since I’m heading to a movie and don’t have much time, I’ll make this quick
The XE-1 was recently released
as a streamlined, smarter evolution of the X-PRO1 at a lower price point
Even when I shoot with it, I can only kind of tell the difference.
The demo unit has all its settings
completely messed up,
and hunting for menus is a hassle, so
I just turned the dials around a bit to check the basics
The X-PRO1 feels noticeably larger
and has a quality feel that really satisfies the desire to own it.
In the end, I was satisfied, so that’s great ★
Glad I didn’t end up disappointed.
Next I want to check out the OLYMPUS OM-D
