Without being lazy about it,
if you make the tools you need for the job,
you can respond quickly in the future and keep everything organized.
Lately I’ve been spending more time at the welder.
Welding really is fun!
I get the measurements wrong on what I’m making, or I forget to account for the plate thickness,
and if you haven’t done it in a while, you lose the feel for it.
With DC you can do tack welds without even feeding the rod,
but with AC, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
So I played it safe and always fed the rod.
Finally got the hang of it ★

They say to make waves without feeding the rod… hmm.
