I’m kind of impressed by this weird multi-tap! You can plug in a flat connector from the side.

It’s sold as something anyone can install, so there’s not much we can do about it.
Power and ground work best when you can run them parallel and close together for a clean fit.
I think it’s good practice to make it so no one can plug things in wrong, no matter who’s doing the work.
We’re out of stock on H4 flag connectors, so we’ll go with this for now.
If you can make a loose loop in the harness that fits into the case, it reduces risk.
Did it melt because it’s 35/35W?
We removed the stabilizer too. We’ll keep anything that looks like it might be needed.
