Please be very careful when installing the aluminum frame.
If you take the press fit lightly, you’ll regret it. Just because it went in doesn’t mean it’s OK.
We measure the shaft diameter and speculate about all sorts of things.
Is it a difference between manufacturers, models, and individual units, or is it actually an intentional specification?
I always think it’s interesting in a way, and yet it’s better not to know.
Of course, clearance means play, so the shaft will definitely show marks.
If it’s severe, we go hmm… It’s easy to tell which direction the marks are in, front or back.
We seal it up properly…
This is a really nice unit. Feel GOOD★
We’ve done many of the same model or similar models,
and you can definitely feel the difference when you assemble them.
I think it’s better not to dig too deep into it.
