A few things I noticed
The carrier is installed, but it’s secured at the rear with nuts at two locations.
It’s pretty annoying, so I’ll take care of it as a service while we’re at it.
I prefer it to be easy to attach and detach when I’m working on it, so I went ahead and
Stripped-thread guy installed a helicoil
.
It’s become an elongated hole…
It’s hard to see, but I welded on a flanged nut, so
we’re all set now ★
