I’m hoping the trouble is just the carburettor, but I’ll check the current condition step by step.
I didn’t find any large foreign objects in the float chamber.
When I removed the float valve seat, I found a fairly large piece of debris. #2
I found it in #4 as well. It was a somewhat hard chunk of rust. I suspect this didn’t come out completely and was floating around near the seat, occasionally getting wedged in the float valve and causing overflow.
Honestly, this is a rare case. There are definitely people riding with much worse tanks, but when it happens, it happens.
It’s a constantly unpredictable “bad circuit.”
There are also rust traces on one side of the fuel pipe cap.
Since the filter would create resistance, I’ll make the passage double. I’ll also add a filter to the fuel pipe.
I cleaned all the parts, checked the float level, and assembled it.
I’m a bit uncertain about the layout of the fuel pipe and such.
