We’ve got a backlog of custom parts to work on, so let’s quietly get this done! This is the mounting bracket for the XJR400R digital meter.
SUS 304 HL, T=2mm, further reinforced with knurling. HL has a clean, understated appearance.
This is the main key bracket with T=1.5mm. Rigidity is secured by contact at the push and face.
The key could go anywhere or be omitted, but since the meter has a key box relief groove, we positioned the key on the meter for design reasons.
Since the key has a protrusion, we cut a groove in the collar as well.
We got it sorted out for now.
