The brake hose routing is a concern, so let’s change how it’s laid out.

It’s installed in quite a tight layout. As we make changes, I’m starting to understand why it ended up this way.

Is this a custom part? Anyway, it’s quite long. There’s nothing good about it being long, and there are many risks.

The rear also needs attention.

On the clutch side, we can only gain space under the tank, so we’ll address it there.

We routed the junction higher than its current position to gain distance.

It’s a great piece—once it’s in, it won’t come out, and you can still thread a cable tie through it.

We’ll have to install it reversed at 20 degrees.
The hose is unusually long… even 10 mm too long is excessive. I haven’t measured it precisely, but it’s probably more than that.

I think it’s safer to make the bend as gradual as possible.

On the brake side, we couldn’t do anything more about it.
The test ride is complete, and it’s finished.
