Today we’re getting the oil-cooled Katana’s suspension sorted.
We’re installing the Nishimura-coated arm. We’re being careful with the masking.
The shaft had a slight wobble, so I made a minor correction.
Post-processing on a coated part is a bit nerve-wracking… caution, caution.
If you drill a pilot hole first and then open it up with reverse rotation, it won’t crack.
The center had a peaked shape, so I cut it and secured it.
Looks like we’ll finally wrap it up this week.
