Fork oil change. This time we chose Newtech front fork oil.
It doesn’t have a particularly hard viscosity, but the blend chart includes a viscosity index and a quick reference table for viscosity at 40 degrees and 100 degrees, so we can test various options.
Let’s clean the brake calipers and replace the pads.
We replaced them with a used disc in good condition.
Coolant change before it gets hot.
Spark plug change—it’s a V4, but this F model has excellent serviceability.
The air filter is pretty dirty too. We’ll replace that as well.
Finally, we replaced all the fluids and we’re done.
