
From the second inspection onward, we may change the work content as needed.

The oil content is good. We replaced the boots.

The oil is well retained and in good condition. Going forward, there’s a ball joint issue to address during maintenance.
Since it’s crimped to the pedal, replacing this area would greatly improve the feel.
Just making better use of the limited shift stroke will make a huge difference in how it feels. Stay tuned for updates.

Even the side stand looks cool. Rounded edges and a tapered leg design.
We tend to focus on the big parts, but when the small details are clean, the whole machine looks clean.
It was rusty, so we touched it up.

The fluid—the clutch is pretty dirty.

The throttle is in nice condition.

We already balanced the carburetors last time, so we’re switching the work to a coolant change. It’s dirty.

We’re replacing it with NTK from our stock. The pressure is 108 KPA, which is equivalent. Honestly, anything much higher pressure makes me nervous.

The spark plug was also requested, so we replaced it, but it’s still got plenty of life left.
