Let’s continue.

I want to make sure to visually confirm the race press-fit.

I got carried away and thought about doing the upper side too, but that would create various complications, so I’m going to skip it.

It’s in pretty sharp condition.

There was some slight runout on one side, so I’ll make a light correction. Since there’s no end to it, I’ll correct it to a level where there’s no problem.

The seating surface tends to pop out, so it’s good to chamfer it.

I’ll replace the stud bolts with new ones too.

If you make light cuts in the dust boots, you’ll improve the ease of attachment and removal.

On vehicles with thin forks and axles, the fender especially causes problems. After aligning the width, do the tightening last, after centering the fork.
