
GSX750S carburetor maintenance. It’s been running for 150,000 kilometers, so I’m curious to see what condition it’s in.

PJ needle shows wear.

It was surprising that the needle had almost no wear. The position must be good.

It’s under good tension. The structure is a bit complicated.

The starter valve isn’t available as a separate part. If it’s a center-pin type, applying tension will give you decent mileage. The most important thing is that the return action is smooth.

There’s no O-ring specification for the nipple. Since finding an alternative with a 1.7 mm wire diameter was tedious, I went with an assembly.

The body corrosion really stands out.

We run gasoline through and check the fuel level to finish.
