We’ve been asked to work on a GSX-R750 GR71F with a Brembo RCS master, Brembo caliper, and SUS mesh hose fabrication.
We’re reusing parts from before. We’ll swap out the seals.
The caliper is clean and in great condition, so we’re grateful for that.
After inspection and verification, it’s just a matter of assembly.
The rear master piston cup replacement is trending lately. I’d say over 80 percent of them are untouched. Since debris builds up quite a bit, it’s definitely worth checking out.
Of course, we’ll polish and clean it up.
The umbrella seal needs replacing too.
While we’re at it, we’ll clean and lubricate the pedal as well. Smooth control input and return makes for a much more comfortable ride.
