Even the dry carbon got pretty slick after I sprayed some rust preventative on it from the outside.
The fuel petcock on the GS1200SS was too stiff to turn, so I made a little lever from scrap material
That should do it. We’ll think about the petcock next time.
V-MAX1200 power steering is dead—that’s how it came
When I removed the brass plug, the power steering came out. It was pretty scattered.
Synchronization just needed a check—that was fine.
I replaced the cap with an NTK.
Coolant has been replaced too.
