The intake manifold is polished and looking clean
There was no gasket, just liquid sealant, so we’ll make one.
Having the right tools makes it so much cleaner and faster. I have a gasket punch, but honestly it doesn’t cut cleanly.
A very small float valve. The tip isn’t metal—that’s so BMW.
I polished it, but this aluminum just won’t come clean. I wonder why?
I think it’s clean enough now. Doing a temporary assembly so we don’t forget the setup.
