We received a request to install grip heaters.
This wonderful? grip texture that’s unique to Suzuki is quite a hassle to work with.
I made something to chuck in the lathe before, but it’s gone missing somewhere…
Someone had a brand new grip they were throwing away after using only the grip itself, so I’m giving it away. It’s now 36 mm in diameter and feels a bit high-throttle.
Some people adapt them easily, but please always check the stopper.
When OFF, do a quick check on the switch side to make sure the stopper is working properly.
I made two connectors. Both are optional power, but I changed the connector colors for identification.
Due to time constraints, I couldn’t do the three-bend routing.
Ideally it would look cooler running along the switch side, but this time I’ll settle for this.
