When it comes to Suzuki, it’s blue and white. It’s a refreshing color.
I removed the wheel bearings. The stock ones have single-sided seals, so the grease tends to fly off quite a bit.
The air valve is anodized aluminum. If you change the color from the wheel, it’s easier to spot when you need to add air.
To reduce the chance of even a 1% mistake, it’s masking and masking.
I measure the distance color and note it on the color sheet just in case.
I align the wheel’s heavy point with the tire’s light point for a low-weight strategy.
Stock wheels often don’t have the air valve positioned at the heavy point.
I also replaced the hub damper with a new one.
Suzuki’s wheel oil seal works so well that it rubs and wears things away. The friction is so intense that the steel collar actually wears down.
The axle shaft looks fine.
Assembly complete with no damage. Phew, that’s a relief!
