When I saw the image comparison with Typhoon 15… didn’t you think, wow, how many times bigger?
Here in Tokyo, until around 7 p.m. it was just rain with some wind, so I thought, “Surprisingly manageable?”
But after 8 p.m., the wind became absolutely relentless. There’s this whooshing or roaring sound that’s incredible. It’s really intense.
Feeling the threat of these gusts and getting nervous, I’m just pointlessly praying it passes quickly.
In weather like this, keeping a motorcycle outside is pretty risky. Maybe it’s better to pay to store it somewhere safe.
A motorcycle dropping over once costs ten thousand yen—there’s no way around that. And this year we’ve had so much rain and such strong typhoons. You really feel how powerless we are against nature.
