Kawasaki H2 Inspection and Self-Point Maintenance

The Kawasaki H2 supercharger is an absolutely incredible bike.
Even at a claimed 200 horsepower it’s amazing, but…

The H2R puts out 310 horsepower?

It has more power than GP500s and endurance race machines from not that long ago, yet it’s street-rideable with the durability to match.
The progress in technology is incredible.

I cleaned all three calipers and bled them out.

I also replaced the fluid in all three systems and the diaphragm.

I air-blew the frame drain holes—or welding air vents, whatever they are—on both sides.

I replaced the air filter. The serviceability is… well, I’m not sure if it’s good or bad, but I’d say it’s on the better side.

There’s an impeller here on the supercharger.

You can’t remove the duct without taking off the side cowl. Is this a regulator?
It’s in quite an unusual location…

The duct end is secured with push rivets, so you need to be a bit careful.

You can’t access the radiator cap without removing the right cowl.

I replaced the radiator cap as well.

This is one incredible bike… honestly, I was amazed when I rode it.
All done.
