Low price doesn’t equal good value unless performance comes with it.
These LEDs aren’t spectacularly amazing, but at this price point with this performance level, I’d say they’re a solid choice. This type of component evolves rapidly, so they’ll get smaller and more efficient.
The appeal of this LED bulb might be how easy it is to swap out when that happens.
Absolute light output. If you’re struggling with light output during inspection, this is definitely the way to go.
What’s also nice is that this bulb registers at only 20–30% less light output even on old-style headlight testers.
After that, it’s just a matter of swapping out the bulb, so it’s really simple and clean (*^-^*)
The customer wanted to cruise night roads safely, so we swapped the bulb out for an LED bulb.

The tester range maxed out, so I switched the range to double. That puts us at around 45,000 candela. I’d guess the actual output easily exceeds 50,000 candela.

Replaced the dead electric fan. *Operation confirmed.
The exhaust pipe bolts were loose, but they were also rusted and locked up—a strange situation. I lubricated and thread-locked them.
Replaced both front and rear master cylinders.
