I clean the back of the seat carefully.
I always look at the back of removed parts.
Something like Plexus that I recently learned about? Shuraluster Zero Finish
It’s easy to spray on. I think this is pretty recommendable too.
Polishing is easy, which is nice…
I also cleaned the seat hinge. Love dwells in the details, you know.
Basically, I always use flanged lock nuts (steel) for solid fastening.
It gains surface area and the parts configuration is simple.
I’m always a fan of trivalent black (*^-^*)
I also cleaned the oil filter cover with wet blasting (‘ω’)ノ
The cover is the same, but I switched the sponge to a hard one.
It’s firm and feels nice for winding through the mountains.
This Bright Logic muffler mounting turned out better than I imagined.
I had bad memories of the old muffler…
None of that nonsense about having to spread it or twist it to fit.
Instead, because it’s fixed, it just slides in with a “pop.”
I was a bit surprised, actually quite surprised…. And it’s lighter than expected.
Plus, the exhaust manifold flange doesn’t fall off—it’s a worker-first design, which is nice.
And that’s it—all done!
