After returning from a tour, we took another ride.
The brakes were pulsing? But somehow they were gripping well…
What happened there???

Premium Racing semi-floating installation.
There’s also a shop original 300φ neo-classic model… Better hurry?

Usually when replacing a disc, we mark the rotation direction and left/right with a P-TOUCH label.

The pads are reused, so we’ll break them in properly.
Switching to sintered pads sooner would make for even better braking.

We’re the type to replace bolts aggressively. The axle runout is no problem.

That’s how we finished the front.

Now we’ll do the rear master OH. We cleaned up the dirty spots (^_-)-☆

We also check the piston diameter. Should have measured more toward the center…

The return port is that small?
It’s so narrow it’s hard to tell if anything’s flowing through, so we checked it with a light in the bathroom.
You can’t tell from the photo, but it was fine.
If this port gets clogged, it can cause dragging, so it’s an important checkpoint.

And that’s it.

When you think air is hard to bleed, removing the caliper and bleeding it at a higher position works fast.

We switched the hydraulic switch to a 110-series connector (^_-)-☆
All done!
