If you’ve been riding off-road covered in mud with dirt everywhere, that’s different.
For on-road riding without rain exposure, you can get plenty of shine just by wiping it down, don’t you think?
Little and often adds up! Frequent wiping is incredibly effective.
Wipe after riding, wipe when you notice it—that’s all.
If you enjoy polishing for an hour or two, that’s fine, but I’d guess most people don’t feel that way, right??
Ideally, a light wipe after every ride would be perfect.
It takes time for dirt to build up.
When dirt has accumulated significantly, it’s proof you haven’t been taking care of it.
It’s the same with dust in your room, right?
It’s not so bad in a day or two, but after a month it gets pretty bad.
If the dirt has gotten out of hand, it might be worth having a professional car wash shop handle it once.
Get chemicals you can actually use up (*´Д｀)

For both my car and bike, I use only these three.
Plexus has a hefty price tag, but considering the convenience and results, it’s definitely worth it.
Most people probably can’t use up chemicals in a year.
On the flip side, I’d recommend choosing products you can actually use up in a year.
One product for both bodywork and frame (*´▽｀*)
The condition is that it’s reasonably clean to start with…
First, shake it really well. It’ll get lumpy.
Spray the bodywork evenly and let it sit.
For the frame, just wipe with an oldfiber towelthat you used for the bodywork.
This old fiber towel is saturated with Plexus, so it’ll give your wheels and frame a nice shine too.
The trick might be to keep it quick and detailed every day
A quick wipe is something you can do anytime.
You could even finish up with Fukupika while taking a break at a parking area.
The worst thing is just leaving it as-is after riding.
You can’t maintain good condition if you leave bugs and salt spray on it and then store it in the rain.
If you can turn that tedious washing into something light, I think you’ll keep it in good shape for longer.
