The cam assembly is done. (Though we haven’t started it up yet)
The muffler bracket is hitting the heel and getting in the way.
I guess I need to make a bracket… I’m pretty bad at this (*´з`)
The breather cover is also shiny ☆ I gave it a wet blast.
The parts you can’t see might be the most important.

The silver and black coordination looks cool.
Hmm… it doesn’t look clean and cool…
It’s a bit more on the black side. I’ll reuse it as is.
Don’t apply anything to the Suzuki oil-cooled head cover gasket.
Since it has ribs, it won’t fall off just with that.
If the gasket falls during assembly, just take your time and do it carefully and you’ll be fine.
First, take a deep breath.
The heel is hitting and it’s annoying.
I was thinking of getting it from the top of the rear suspension, but there’s an anti-theft bolt installed.
So I decided to keep using it as is.
It’s all done!
Just in case it cracks, I’ve set it up with vibration damping.
All that’s left is to blacken this thing and the bracket is done (*´ω｀)
