It doesn’t feel like much progress is being made… (；∀；)
I’m working on it little by little.
I’m making subtle adjustments.
I’ve ordered the slider materials, fasteners, and tools, and I’m comparing options on Monotaro.
The right side is badly cracked, so I’ll do minimal repairs from the back.
I’m creating a bevel with a rotary tool in a safe manner,
I’ll inject Megmix in two stages.
On the first application, when it’s semi-cured, I’ll push it in firmly with my fingers to ensure it goes deep.
On the second application, I’ll coat it to cover, then push it in again.
Once fully cured, I’ll lightly sand it and it’s done.
I need to create a cowl side mounting…
I’m thinking of using fasteners instead, so I’m partway through.
For now, the left side position is determined.
The right side is cracked, so I can’t work on it until tomorrow or later.
This is turning out to be quite tedious… really.
