I’ve replaced the engine oil with Shell Advance Ultra 4T 15W-50.
When I tried to change the fluid… it ended up staying squishy forever (；∀；)
I think the piston might have gotten stuck at the top?
We don’t do as many strokes as we would for a fluid change… Needs overhaul.
For smooth operation next time! Applying silicone grease to the grommet works super well.
Niche DR9EA
I’m not really a fan of this DR series… so I swap it out for JR series.
JR8B can be used as a compatible replacement for DR8EA. The heat rating is 9, which is the same.
By the way, there’s no dramatic change whatsoever…
I’ve also replaced the air filter with a new one.
I’ll do the caliper and rear master overhaul.
Putting that on hold for now.
